Reconstitution Solution — 10 ml
Preserved sterile diluent, 0.9 % benzyl alcohol.
$ 49.99
Unit is ten vials. Not sold singly and not split. Filling in tens is what puts the per-vial figure where it is — a pricing structure, not a promotion, so it does not expire.
Availability: In stock
- 1–10 days — ships from the US or EU warehouse, whichever serves your region. Tracking on dispatch.
- Store at 2–8 °C, protected from light.
- Tested by Analiza Białek, Wrocław. Every published certificate
- Research use only. Not a medicine. Not for human or veterinary use. No protocol, quantity or method of administration is supplied.
What the vial contains
Chemical identity is stated against a CAS number rather than a description, and only where the value is verified. The molecular weight is the free base — acetate or TFA salt forms will not match it, and will not match the laboratory’s figures either.

Research context
Preserved sterile diluent, 0.9 % benzyl alcohol.
Supplied as sealed glass vials, in units of ten vials. A laboratory supply for preparing lyophilised compounds. Not a research compound, and not covered by the tested-compounds statement.

| Also known as | Bacteriostatic water — the common laboratory name for a benzyl-alcohol-preserved diluent of this type |
| Storage | Room temperature, away from direct light. Keep sealed until use. |
Terminology
This material is listed here as reconstitution solution, which describes what it is: a preserved sterile diluent used in the laboratory to bring lyophilised powders into solution. It is the same preparation many researchers know by the older laboratory name, bacteriostatic water, and the two terms refer to the same benzyl-alcohol-preserved diluent.
We use the descriptive name rather than the pharmacy one because this is supplied as a laboratory reagent, not as a medical product.
Research use only. Not a medicine, not for human or veterinary use, not for food use, and not offered for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition. No protocol, quantity or method of administration is supplied with this product. Determining suitability for a given experiment is the researcher’s responsibility.
Handling and storage
- Store sealed vials at 2–8 °C, protected from light.
- Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation.
- Preserved diluent for laboratory preparation is stocked separately — see laboratory supplies.
- Bulk batches do not always carry a lot number on the individual vial. The batch number is on the certificate, not necessarily on the glass.
The batch you are buying, and its report
No batch is listed before its certificate exists. This one carries the laboratory’s own order number and verification code, so it can be confirmed with Analiza Białek rather than with us.
Check it with the laboratory, not with us
The report is published whole — sample photograph, chromatogram, gradient table and technician included — not cropped down to a purity figure. The order number and verification code are printed on the report itself and are what make it checkable.
