Information we collect

Information you give us

• Name, email address, telephone number, and billing and shipping addresses, when you place an order.
• The institution or laboratory name and the research-use confirmations recorded when you verify access to purchase.
• Order history and any correspondence you send to support.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, used to operate and secure the site.
• Cookies and similar storage used to keep your cart, your session and your access confirmation working. These are described in the section on cookies below.

Information we do not collect

We do not take or store full payment card numbers. Card details are entered with the payment processor and are never held on this site. We do not collect health information, and we do not ask what you intend to use a compound for beyond the research-use confirmation required to purchase.

How we use your information

• Fulfilling orders — processing payment, preparing the shipment, arranging delivery and providing tracking.
• Support — answering questions, investigating delivery problems and handling returns.
• Compliance — recording the age, research-use and terms confirmations required before purchase, and retaining records of them against the order.

This site uses cookies and browser storage for the cart, the checkout session, the record of your access confirmation, and basic analytics. Blocking cookies entirely will prevent the cart and checkout from working. You can clear cookies and site storage from your browser at any time.

How long we keep it

Order records, including the purchase confirmations recorded against them, are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax and compliance purposes. Support correspondence is kept while it is needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards. Information no longer needed for any of these purposes is deleted.

Data security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to order data is limited to those who need it to operate the store, and payment details are handled by the processor rather than held here. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Deleting personal information does not extend to records we are legally required to retain, such as transaction and compliance records attached to a completed order.

We operate from the United States and use service providers in the United States and the European Union. Where your information is transferred across borders, it is transferred on the basis permitted by the law that applies to you.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and purchases are restricted to those aged 21 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised date and take effect on posting.
