Before you ask
Are the compounds tested, and by whom?
Tested batches go to Analiza Białek sp. z o.o., ul. Duńska 9, 54-427 Wrocław, Poland (KRS 0000966168, NIP 8992922970, REGON 521751875). The method is reverse-phase HPLC on a BioBasic 8 column with a linear water / acetonitrile gradient, both phases with 0.1 % TFA.
Every compound on sale carries a published certificate. A compound we have not had tested is not offered.
How do I check that a certificate is genuine?
Every report carries a nine-digit laboratory order number and an eight-character verification code, both issued by Analiza Białek and printed on the report itself. Quote both to the laboratory. The certificate then rests on their record rather than on ours, which is the whole reason we publish them uncropped.
The report prints the verification code under the heading “Password”. It is the same value.
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
From two warehouses, one in the United States and one in the European Union. Your order leaves from whichever serves your region, so US orders do not cross a border to reach you.
Delivery is 1–10 days depending on destination and warehouse. Tracking is issued on dispatch. If your destination is served by neither warehouse, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it directly.
Why is the minimum ten vials? Can I buy one?
No — units are ten vials and are not split. Synthesis, the laboratory analysis, lyophilisation and the fill run are all costs paid once per batch. Spreading them across ten is the entire pricing argument.
Because it is structural rather than promotional, the per-vial figure does not expire. There is no sale to wait for.
Do you provide reconstitution or usage instructions?
No. We publish chemical identity, measured content, the test method and storage conditions. We do not supply protocols, quantities, administration methods or any statement about biological effect. Determining whether a compound suits a given experiment is the researcher’s responsibility.
Are these for human use?
No. Everything supplied by Nexus Peptides is for laboratory research use only. None of it is a medicine, none is for human or veterinary use, none is for food use, and none is offered for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition.
How should the vials be stored?
2–8 °C, protected from light, in the sealed vial. Let vials reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation.
Does every vial carry a lot number?
No. Bulk batches do not always carry an individual lot number on the glass. The batch number is on the certificate, which is published and linked from the product page.

What will this purchase look like on my card statement?
Your statement will show <descriptor to be confirmed>. If a charge is not clear, email support@nexuspeptides.com with your order number before contacting your bank, and we will identify it for you.
How do I make a complaint, or report something unlawful?
